OCD feels isolating, like you're the only one battling intrusive thoughts or stuck in cycles you can't explain. Group therapy offers a space to connect with others who truly understand. You're not alone, and healing becomes more possible when you're part of a supportive community that gets it when it comes to the struggles of OCD.
Group Therapy for OCD
Mondays 6PM
You deserve a space where you don’t have to explain what OCD really is. This group is for adults living with OCD who are craving connection, community, and understanding. Maybe you've felt the frustration of hearing “just stop thinking about it,” or the loneliness of being surrounded by people who don’t get the exhaustion of intrusive thoughts and compulsions. You're not alone—and you don’t have to keep navigating it by yourself.
This isn’t an exposure-focused group. It’s a supportive space to show up as you are, share openly (or just listen), and connect with others who do understand. Together, we build community, reduce shame, and remind each other that living with OCD doesn’t mean doing it alone.
This is an ongoing, weekly group for adults
