I Promise, You're Not Crazy: Surviving Narcissistic Abuse + Building Community
2 Different Offerings: Mondays 5PM and Mondays 6PM
This group is for adults navigating the emotional impact of narcissistic abuse, toxic relationships, gaslighting, manipulation, emotional invalidation, and relationship trauma. If someone in your life has made you question your reality, feel like you are “too sensitive,” or convinced you that you are the problem, you are not alone.
In this group, you’ll find support and a validating space to explore how narcissistic abuse and emotionally abusive relationships have impacted your self-esteem, identity, boundaries, anxiety, trust, and relationships with others. Together, we will process experiences such as gaslighting, people pleasing, walking on eggshells, self-doubt, guilt, shame, and difficulty moving forward after toxic relationships.
This group is about more than surviving narcissistic abuse. It is about rebuilding your sense of self, reconnecting with your voice, and learning how to move forward with support from others who truly understand. Through connection, psychoeducation, reflection, and community support, participants will gain insight into relationship patterns, emotional healing, boundary setting, and recovery from narcissistic abuse.
Healing can feel isolating after experiences that made you question yourself for so long. This group offers a space where you can feel seen, believed, understood, and supported by a community navigating similar experiences.

Beyond Pain: Living with Chronic Pain and Illness
2 Offerings: Wednesdays 2PM and Thursdays 3P
This group is for you if you find yourself navigating the emotional, mental, and physical impact of chronic pain, chronic illness, medical trauma, and ongoing health challenges. Living with chronic illness or persistent pain can feel isolating, exhausting, and overwhelming, especially when others do not fully understand the daily impact it can have on your life, relationships, work, identity, and mental health.
This group offers a supportive and validating space to connect with others who understand the complexities of managing chronic pain, invisible illness, autoimmune conditions, fatigue, medical uncertainty, and the emotional toll of ongoing symptoms. Together, we will explore topics such as anxiety, grief, burnout, identity changes, self-advocacy, coping skills, boundary setting, and navigating the healthcare system while building meaningful community and support.
Whether you are newly navigating symptoms, living with a long-term diagnosis, or still searching for answers, your experiences are valid. You do not need a formal diagnosis to deserve support. This group is designed to help participants feel less alone while learning ways to cope, process emotions, and move forward with greater self-compassion and connection.

Healing After Harm: A Support Group for Survivors of Sexual Trauma
2 Offerings: Tuesdays 5P and Thursdays 5P, women’s only groups
Surviving sexual trauma (whether abuse or assault; recent or long ago) leaves lasting emotional imprints that may resurface even years later. This virtual group provides a supportive, affirming, and confidential space for adult women survivors to process emotions, reconnect with themselves, and find healing in the presence of others who truly understand.
You don’t have to retell your story to be seen or understood. Through expressive arts and shared reflection, this group offers opportunities to process experiences creatively, using writing, art, or movement to explore feelings and reclaim your sense of voice and identity. The focus isn’t on reliving the past, but on connecting with others, releasing self-blame, and discovering that you are not alone.
You may notice emotions like guilt, shame, or anxiety resurfacing, or experience difficulty with trust, intimacy, or even sleep. These are common responses to trauma, not personal flaws. This group creates a space to honor those feelings safely and begin to restore balance and self-compassion.
Together, we’ll explore:
Reclaiming your voice and identity through expressive arts
Understanding and normalizing trauma responses
Releasing self-blame and shame
Building safer relationships and boundaries
Coping with triggers and grounding in the present moment
Finding comfort and clarity in shared connection
Whether your trauma occurred recently or long ago, this group invites you to heal at your own pace, surrounded by community, creativity, and compassion.

The OCD Supporter Space
Fridays 5P
“Understanding OCD, Strengthening Families and Relationships.”
This group offers a welcoming, educational, and judgment-free space for individuals experiencing OCD and anxiety, as well as the friends and family members who support them. The group focuses on building understanding, reducing isolation, and developing practical strategies for navigating the unique challenges that OCD brings into daily life and relationships.
Together, we explore how OCD and anxiety operate, how compulsions and reassurance cycles get reinforced, and how OCD supporters can respond in supportive and effective ways without feeding the OCD cycle. You will learn tools grounded in evidence-based practices, such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) principles, communication strategies, understanding OCD, and skills for reducing accommodations. The group also provides space to share real-life challenges, celebrate progress, and receive encouragement from others who truly understand.
