OCD group therapy

Mondays 6PM

You deserve a space where you don’t have to explain what OCD really is. This group is for adults living with OCD who are craving connection, community, and understanding. Maybe you've felt the frustration of hearing “just stop thinking about it,” or the loneliness of being surrounded by people who don’t get the exhaustion of intrusive thoughts and compulsions. You're not alone—and you don’t have to keep navigating it by yourself.

This isn’t an exposure-focused group. It’s a supportive space to show up as you are, share openly (or just listen), and connect with others who do understand. Together, we build community, reduce shame, and remind each other that living with OCD doesn’t mean doing it alone.

Taking Back Control: An OCD Support Group and Community

narcissistic abuse

Mondays 5PM and Mondays 6PM

We offer this group at two different days and times - you would only be attending one of them a week…

Has someone in your life made you feel like you are crazy? Have you felt like you are the problem? In this group, we get to discuss these different types of relationships and how they have shown up for us. We will navigate through this narcissistic abuse and how we move forward. Move forward for ourselves and with the support of a community.

Chronic pain and chronic illness

Thursdays 3P

Over the past few years in particular, I’ve been through the ringer with medical issues and the process of being diagnosed with something. Because I have experienced this myself, as well as assisted others through working through their own pain in my clinical work, this group felt like it was another one that was right up my alley. Join us weekly while we show up, support, and learn from one another, regardless of where we are at in our own individual journeys.

**If you are chronically ill/experience chronic pain and have no diagnosis: THAT IS OKAY! Your illness and pain are just as valid as any diagnosis!

Beyond Pain: Living with Chronic Pain and Illness

Just diagnosed with ADHD

Thursdays 5P

Have you always felt different but never knew why? Being diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood, like me, can be both validating and overwhelming. You may feel relief, grief, or even frustration as you begin to make sense of past experiences through a new lens.

This group is for adults who identify with ADHD and discovered this later in life  and are now navigating the emotional and practical impacts. We'll meet weekly to check in, share, and support one another through open discussion, symptom management tools, and occasional body doubling for accountability. Tapping into the superpower of ADHD.

A late bloomer is someone whose strengths emerge later than expected—but they’ve always been there. This group is here to help you grow into your own timeline, with support and community along the way.

Come As You Are: A Safe Space for Queerness, Unmasking, and Embracing Neurodiversity

Thursdays 6P

A nurturing and inclusive support group designed specifically for neurodivergent individuals within the LGBTQ+ community, where we provide a safe and affirming space to connect, share, and grow alongside others who understand and celebrate the beautiful tapestry of neurodiversity and sexual/gender identities.

Our group embraces a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing that each member brings their own experiences, strengths, and challenges to the table. Whether you identify as autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, or any other neurodivergent identity, you are welcome here. Together, we will explore themes of identity, self-acceptance, social dynamics, and emotional well-being, while fostering a sense of belonging and community.

Join us in this journey of self-discovery, acceptance, and connection—because here, you are celebrated for exactly who you are. No masking required!
