Online Group Therapy in Pennsylvania for Maternal Mental Health
Nobody Warned Me: A Postpartum & Maternal Mental Health Support Group
2 Offerings: Tuesdays 12PM and Tuesdays 5PM
Nobody tells you how hard this part can really be. The exhaustion, the worry, the moments where you love your baby and also feel completely lost, sometimes all at once. Whatever you're feeling, you're not alone, and you don't have to figure it out by yourself.
This is a therapist-led, online support group for moms in any stage of early motherhood. Whether you're navigating postpartum depression or anxiety, recovering from a difficult birth experience, grieving the life you had before, or simply struggling to recognize yourself in this new role… this group is for you!
Each week, you'll connect with other moms who get it. We'll talk honestly about the things that are hard to say out loud; the overwhelm, the guilt, the pressure to feel grateful when some days just feel like survival. You'll also have space to explore who you're becoming as a mother and as a person, because those two things don't have to be in conflict.
This group is about more than getting through the newborn haze. It's about feeling supported, less alone, and more like yourself again, even as everything around you is changing.
You're doing better than you think. Let's talk about it.
This is an ongoing, weekly group for adults
