Part-time: 10–19 client hours/week
Full-time: 20+ client hours/week (eligible for expanded benefits)
Minimum of 3 evening hours/week (after 5 PM)
Strong Operational Support
We handle referrals, scheduling support, and administrative workflows so you can focus on clinical care. -
We are seeking a therapist who is passionate about working with adults and older adolescents and values both clinical autonomy and team collaboration.
This is a fully remote role providing individual therapy, with expectations to support group programming through coverage and/or facilitation.

Provide individual therapy to adult and/or adolescent clients
Willingness to cover group therapy as part of a collaborative team model
Option to develop and lead therapy groups based on interest and specialty
Complete timely, high-quality documentation (aligned with practice standards)
Maintain a consistent caseload
Collaborate with team members and administrative support for client care
Attend team meetings, consultation, and supervision (as applicable)
Provide ethical, evidence-based, client-centered care

We’re looking for clinicians who:
Who has excellent communication skills
Have experience working with adults and/or adolescents
Have experience or interest in group therapy (facilitation or co-facilitation)
Are willing to support group coverage when needed
Have clinical experience with areas such as:
ADHD / neurodivergence
Anxiety
Chronic pain & illness
Depression
Preferred speciality or willingness to train in:
OCD
Trauma (especially, DV, IPV, sexual trauma, and narcissistic abuse)
Utilize or are interested in evidence-based approaches (CBT, ACT, ERP, CPT, DBT, etc.)
Are comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Value feedback, growth, and being part of a collaborative team
Bring a client-centered, ethical, and professional approach to care
Experience working with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities is strongly valued.

Preferred: Active Pennsylvania license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
Associate-level clinicians are welcome (supervision provided)
Additional state licenses are a plus
