Do you feel that your emotions feel too much… or they are too much for others? This DBT Group will help you and your relationships with others. This group focuses on learning skills including mindfulness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness that help you achieve the life balance you are striving for. Each week, we will be exploring andor reviewing practice of evidence-based and actionable techniques to help you live your best life. Come to learn about skills to help manage your emotions, and leave with a community, and a toolbox of coping techniques that help motivate you to make values-based change.
If you want to learn skills that help you regulate and get in tune with your emotions, this group is for you! Additionally, DBT focused skills teach you how to not only improve the relationship with yourself, but also with others. DBT skills also teach you how to create and maintain relationships that are fulfilling and long-lasting.
You will leave each group with new insights on your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, along with actionable skills or activities to help you explore your self-esteem, values, and interpersonal styles. If you want a group that encourages you to be your best self, this group is for you!

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is an evidence-based approach focused on practical, actionable skills, including mindfulness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Each week builds on real techniques you can use right away, not just concepts to think about.

Each week explores and practices evidence-based skills together as a group. You'll leave with new insight into your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, along with concrete tools to help manage them, and a community working through the same process alongside you.
