Online Group Therapy in Pennsylvania for Pet Loss
Pet Loss and Grief Group
Wednesdays 5P
A compassionate and supportive group designed for individuals grieving the loss of a beloved pet. Whether your loss was recent or years ago, this group offers a safe and understanding space to share your experience with others who recognize the deep bond we form with our animal companions.
The grief that follows the loss of a pet is real and meaningful, yet it is often misunderstood or minimized by others. In this group, your feelings are welcomed without judgment. Together, we will explore the many emotions that can accompany pet loss, including sadness, guilt, loneliness, anger, and the challenges of adjusting to life after loss. Members will have the opportunity to process their grief, honor their pet's memory, and find comfort through connection with others who truly understand.
No matter who your companion is, you do not have to navigate this loss alone. Join us in a space of healing, remembrance, and support as we honor the love, companionship, and lasting impact our pets leave on our lives. Because grief is a reflection of love, and every bond deserves to be acknowledged.
This is an ongoing, weekly group for adults

Each week is a therapist-led space to explore the emotions that come with pet loss, honor your pet's memory, and connect with others who understand the depth of that bond, without judgment about how you're grieving.
