Online Group Therapy in Pennsylvania for Queer Neurodiversity
Come As You Are: A Safe Space for Queerness, Unmasking, and Embracing Neurodiversity
Thursdays 4P
A nurturing and inclusive support group designed specifically for neurodivergent individuals within the LGBTQ+ community, where we provide a safe and affirming space to connect, share, and grow alongside others who understand and celebrate the beautiful tapestry of neurodiversity and sexual/gender identities.
Our group embraces a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing that each member brings their own experiences, strengths, and challenges to the table. Whether you identify as autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, or any other neurodivergent identity, you are welcome here. Together, we will explore themes of identity, self-acceptance, social dynamics, and emotional well-being, while fostering a sense of belonging and community.
Join us in this journey of self-discovery, acceptance, and connection—because here, you are celebrated for exactly who you are. No masking required!
This is an ongoing, weekly group for adults

Queer Neurodiversity Group FAQs
-
This group is for neurodivergent adults within the LGBTQ+ community — whether you identify as autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, or any other neurodivergent identity, alongside any sexual or gender identity. It's a space for people navigating the overlap of these identities together.
-
No formal diagnosis is required for either your neurodivergence or your gender/sexual identity. If you identify with these experiences, you're welcome here.
-
This group welcomes you at any stage, whether you're newly exploring your identity, unmasking after years of hiding parts of yourself, or already confident in who you are. There's no "far enough along" requirement to join.
-
Unmasking refers to letting go of the coping strategies many neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ people develop to blend in or feel safe. In this group, you're not expected to mask any part of yourself, neurodivergent traits, gender identity, or otherwise.
-
Each week is a therapist-led space to explore identity, self-acceptance, social dynamics, and emotional well-being, while connecting with others who understand both the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent experience.
-
