Online Group Therapy in Pennsylvania and Delaware for Women Sexual Trauma Survivors
Healing After Harm: A Support Group for Survivors of Sexual Trauma
2 Offerings: Tuesdays 5P and Thursdays 5P, women’s only groups
Surviving sexual trauma leaves lasting emotional imprints that can resurface even years later. This virtual group offers a supportive, affirming, and confidential space for adult women survivors to process emotions, reconnect with themselves, and find healing alongside others who truly understand.
You don't have to retell your story to be seen. Through expressive arts and shared reflection (using writing, art, or movement), this group helps you reclaim your voice and identity at your own pace. The focus isn't on reliving the past, but on releasing self-blame, building self-compassion, and discovering you are not alone.
Feelings of guilt, shame, anxiety, or difficulty with trust and sleep are common trauma responses, not personal flaws. Together, we'll explore coping with triggers, building safer boundaries, and finding comfort in shared connection — surrounded by community, creativity, and care.
This is an ongoing, weekly group for adults
